PiPE’s mission is to partner with houseless, street-dependent, and marginalized survivors to reduce harm, provide opportunities to heal from trauma, fight systemic oppression and build lasting connections for our community.

What We Provide

PiPE is the temporary case management provider for the Housing and Essential Needs Program in Thurston County. We will provide support to people housed through HEN until October, and support you in transitioning to working with new case manager.

We are unable to do intakes for HEN at this time.
